The Group’s Vice President Wang Bin Met with Officials of Moselle Développement，France

The Group’s vice president Wang Bin met with the director of Moselle Développement, France, David MALINGREY at the headquarter Sept. 13th. Both sides had an in-depth exchange over the cooperation of comprehensive logistics and forest paper industry. General Manager of CMST Development Co. Ltd. Xiang Hong, deputy general manager of China Logistics Li Xiangyang and general accountant of China National Paper Industry Investment Corp. Yan Su attended the meeting.
Wang extended his warm welcome to the visitors, and introduced the Group’s history, resources, main businesses and overseas investments.
Mr. MALINGREY made an introduction of the geographical location, local transportation, industry structure, natural resources, population, culture and respective competitiveness of the Moselle prefecture. He also clarified the function of the Moselle Développement as well as the service it could provide for foreign investors. A video introducing the Moselle prefecture was played during the meeting.
General manager of CMST Development Co. Ltd. Xiang Hong and deputy general manager of China Logistics Li Xiangyang discussed with visitors about the logistic market, investment perspectives, relevant policies, business modes and main customers in the Moselle region. General accountant of China National Paper Industry Investment Corp. Yan Su asked information about forest pulp resources and economic and industry policies in the Moselle prefecture, France and Western Europe, and discussed the plausibility of investment in France.
Wang stated that as a national enterprise, China Chengtong had the need and will of overseas investment. He expressed the wish that Moselle Développement with its advantages could assist China Chengtong in finding goals in the development of its main industry and subjects of restructuring. Mr. MALINGREY stated that Moselle Développement was willing to provide assistance in China Chengtong’s investment in France.
Project manager Martine·WELTZER, the consultant Francis·NEHER, and China representative Yu Jianlan of JL Consulting, concerned personnel of CMST Development Co. Ltd., China National Paper Industry Investment Corp. and the Group’s Strategic Development Center attended the meeting.
